SALE ADMIN

Job Discripstion

SALE

  • Introducing products to customers.
  • Tracking and updating sales figures.
  • Having responsibility for the entire online sales channel.
  • Maintaining old customers & developing new customers.
  • Managing and updating sample samples.
  • Preparing documents, and arrange samples to customers.
  • Controlling quality of goods.

ADMIN

  • Working with related departments to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Managing and monitoring all signed contracts.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated college or higher.
  • At least 6 months experience in related sales admin, customer service.
  • English communication (read, understand, write).
  • Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
  • Be careful, orderly, cheerful, enthusiastic, passionate about the business.
  • Ability to work independently, teamwork.
